If so, I can help.
In creative ways, I utilize health coaching, personal training and education to empower adult women who struggle with body image issues such as disordered eating, body dissatisfaction, self-denial, and the pressure to be perfect. While helping them tame their "inner bullies," I inspire women to stop dieting and to start building healthy minds and bodies. I encourage this by helping women find confidence, renewed esteem, an acceptance for their authentic shape, and a desire to challenge their bodies athletically.
My approach when working with clients is straight-forward, honest, caring, and real. I do not track a clients' progress by using certain types of numbers: weight, inches, calories, grams. I do not coach women toward weight loss; instead, my goal is to make each woman I encounter stronger, healthier, and more self-reliant, rather than dependent on a trainer, meal-plans, or number tracking.
I am available for group workshops, seminars, in-person health coaching, distance health coaching (via phone or Skype), in-person personal training (one-on-one or group sessions), online personal training, and public speaking engagements.
