About Angie Gooding

Angie Gooding is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Health Coach who specializes in adult women’s fitness and positive body image. Angie’s personal and professional experience taught her that sustainable fitness and weight loss can be accomplished only if a woman achieves each of the following: an enjoyment of exercise, peace with food, an appreciation for her body, and stress management. Anything else is merely aesthetic and short-term. She now coaches women who struggle with body dissatisfaction, disordered eating and what she likes to call “fitness burnout.” Through her programs, training, seminars, and coaching, she inspires women to challenge their bodies athletically, establish a healthy relationship with food, accept their healthy shapes, and manage life’s stress.
With a Master’s degree in Education, Angie loves to teach, read, write, and loves to learn. She is also a marathon novice, a decent skier, a yoga-enthusiast, an avid reader, a fan of music, and an amateur cook. She lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband and two children.
