Women With Weights

STRONG is the new beautiful. Find and train your inner athlete.
Thank you for your interest in Angie’s Women with Weights (WwW) Program. Angie designed WwW for beginning or intermediate female exercisers who want to learn strength training skills to use immediately.
What is Women with Weights?
Women with Weights is a highly structured, instructional series of classes that focus on helping women learn weight training techniques. WwW is not a boot camp; instead it is an instructional course to specifically teach strength training techniques. When you are done, you will have mastered at least two full body workouts to use at home or in the gym; you will also have the skills necessary to avoid injury, and the knowledge to change up your program when necessary. WwW is appropriate for beginning, intermediate and advanced strength trainers.
What You’ll Learn:
Participants will learn proper form for strength training exercises; basic weight training vocabulary; how to structure an effective weight training program, why and how to “change up” your exercise program; how to use free weights, cable systems and machines correctly; gym etiquette; techniques for spotting another weight lifter; breathing techniques; and more.
Corporate Workshops/Conventions/Training:
Angie has vast experience taking WwW on the road for corporate trainings through various Corporate Wellness Programs. WwW is perfect for employee trainings or workshops where fitness is emphasized. She has taught WwW course to women in the corporate setting, and to women in schools, churches, and other community settings. Please contact Angie for more information.

Praise for WwW:
“I just completed the women with weights course Angie is offering. I highly recommend this instructional hour to everyone. I now know that you do not have to use anything but a ball and your own discipline to benefit from exercise. Believe me Angie knows her stuff.” –Lisa K.
“I just finished my first experience with Angie and her Women with Weights class. I used to workout for 4+ days a week and have sore muscles, and usually tennis elbow and shin splints. Angie taught me the correct way to plan a workout, use proper form, and what to do with all that equipment I’d bought over the years. I learned that a well planned and properly done workout gained results in less time with less workout sessions and no pain. Thank you, Angie!” –Melissa A.
