Your Body Project

During Your Body Project, Angie will take you on a crash course that will motivate and inspire you to get fit, trust your body’s ques, appreciate your body’s shape, and manage life’s stressors. Learning and applying the Angie’s strategies will not only make you feel and look better, but doing so will change your life. As with anything worthwhile, Angie’s program is challenging and positive and permanent change will only happen if you do each activity, assignment or exercise to the best of your ability.
Your Body Project is a 16 week program divided into 4 separate phases plus a Membership phase: Enjoy Exercise, Peace with Food, Love Your Body, Manage Stress and Membership (for ongoing support and access to Angie).
Included in Your Body Project:
- One coaching session with Angie via Skype or phone (additional phases are 50% off)
- 16 weeks of exercise, body image, peace with food and stress management instruction, technique and strategies
- Supportive and instructive videos, worksheets, templates, and other materials designed by Angie
- Email support for questions, guidance and discussion
- Weekly exercises designed to teach you health strategies to improve your life

Phase 1: Enjoy Exercise
4 weeks
During this phase of Your Body Project, Angie will help you set an athletic goal and will design an exercise program that works for you and for your life – regardless of your fitness history. Angie’s goal is that the program challenges your body athletically, is enjoyable, manageable and is in balance with the rest of your life. She will coach you through your hurdles and plateaus, and be there with you every step of the way.

Phase 2: Peace with Food
4 weeks
During Phase 2, Angie will teach you strategies to help you manage your weight and find health without dieting or calorie counting. Angie will help you become more aware of your body’s ques to get you out of your head and into your body. Angie will address important food issues such as satiation, emotional eating, food cravings, and how to use food as celebration without those ugly guilty feelings. In addition, she will teach you how to keep track of and reflect upon your relationship with food.

Phase 3: Love Your Body
4 weeks
During this phase, Angie will teach you how to effectively tame your inner bully, to realize your non-physical strengths, and help you more fully appreciate your authentic and healthy shape. Through exercises, videos, and activities, Angie will help you understand our media’s influences, she will challenge you to clean out your closet, will encourage you to redefine what you consider beautiful, and MORE!

Phase 4: Manage Stress
4 weeks
As busy people, we all deal with stress in our lives, and stress can lead to other health problems: headaches, sleep disturbances, fatigue and irritability to name a few. During this phase, Angie will help you identify the type of stress you deal with, and will teach you appropriate strategies to help you cope effectively with it.

- Exercises and activities designed by Angie to help you identify, manage and cope with stress
- Educational resources for stress management
- Videos relevant to coping with stress
- Angie’s personal stress managing techniques
- Email support for questions, guidance and discussion
- Access to all Membership features
- Continued “Enjoy Exercise,” “Peace with Food,” and “Love Your Body” guidance
Phase 5: Membership
The Membership Phase is for individuals enrolled in the Your Body Project and for those who have completed the program. As part of Membership, Angie offers an ongoing community of support: weekly workouts, healthy lifestyle tips, recipes, parenting advice, stress management techniques, and positive body image guidance and support. As well, you can share stories, information and help support other women in a private and confidential online environment. Membership is included while you are enrolled in Your Body Project, and is $50 per month after completion of the program.
